Next steps

Upon the completion of the installation process, you are ready to initiate the utilization of the platform. It is recommended to follow a set of initial steps, which will be extensively covered during the general training. These steps include:

  1. General configuration
    • Access the "Configuration → Settings" section to set up crucial details such as the domain name, date and time formats, timezone, etc.
    • Configure credentials for your SMTP server under "Integration → Data Sources" by editing "Default SMTP" records.
  2. Legal entity setup
    • Complete the details of your company, including the logo, legal name, address, etc. This information is utilized, for example, in invoices. Navigate to the "Configuration → Legal Entities" section for this setup. (For versions prior to 3.25, this process is carried out in "Management → Resellers").
  3. Currencies setup
    • Configure your currency in the "Configuration → Currencies" section by editing pre-created one.
    • If you plan to use multiple currencies, you can add additional currencies in the same section.

Following these initial configurations, proceed to populate the billing platform with relevant information related to customers, providers, and rate tables to kickstart the system's usage.
